HILL, Justice.

[¶ 1] Appellant, Robert Allen Holzheuser (Holzheuser), contends that the district court erred in denying his motion to suppress the evidence used against him at trial. He asserts that the affidavit in support of the search warrant was inadequate to justify its issuance. Holzheuser also contends that the evidence presented at trial is insufficient to sustain two of his three convictions. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for resentencing...
