{¶ 1} Appellant, Mark A. Leslie, pro se, appeals from the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas affirming an order of the State Personnel Board of Review ("SPBR") upholding appellant's termination from his employment with appellee, the Ohio Department of Development.
