FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

¶ 1. On April 18, 2006, in the Tate County Circuit Court, Alex June Davis pled guilty to one count of felon in possession of a deadly weapon. In return, the State dropped a pending kidnaping charge against Davis.
