¶ 1. Derrick Paige was indicted by a Leflore County grand jury on April 18, 2006, for the charge of robbery. On July 20, 2006, in the Circuit Court of Leflore County, a jury found him guilty and he was sentenced to seven years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with two years suspended.
