Harris was convicted, after a jury trial, of one count of trafficking in 28 grams or more of cocaine1 and one count of possession of cannabis with intent to sell or deliver.2 He appeals the trial court's denial of his motion for judgment of acquittal as to the trafficking count. We reverse.
