This litigation arises out of the acquisition of Appriva Medical, Inc. by Microvena Corporation. Two separate lawsuits were filed in the Superior Court. One was filed by Dr. Michael Lesh, the largest former holder of Appriva Medical Shares (the "Lesh Action").
