LAWSON, J.
Luis Perez-Ortiz appeals his conviction and life sentence on the charge of first degree (premeditated) murder, for killing his wife. He argues that the trial court erred in denying the motion to suppress his confession, and that the State's evidence at trial was insufficient to create a jury question on the issue of premeditation.
