DUDLEY v. STATE

No. 2D06-4593.

956 So.2d 1253 (2007)

Demetrius DUDLEY, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District.

May 25, 2007.

Affirmed.
