¶ 1 This appeal poses the question of whether the failure of a trained drug detection dog to alert to the presence of cocaine in a suspect's luggage vitiates probable cause to conduct a physical search of that luggage when multiple tips and the suspect's own conduct suggest that he is transporting illegal drugs.
