We affirm the circuit court's denial of attorney's fees incurred in a public records proceeding because appellant proceeded pro se. See State Dep't of Ins. v. Fla. Bankers Ass'n, 764 So.2d 660 (Fla. 1st DCA 2000), We reverse the denial of taxable costs and remand for a hearing on taxable costs that appellant incurred in the circuit court...
