The plaintiff, George Nicolaou, appeals an order of the Superior Court (Conboy, J.) granting a motion in limine of the defendant, Vermont Mutual Insurance Company (Vermont Mutual), which barred him from recovering the full replacement cost of his fire-damaged home and garage because he never undertook to repair or replace them. We affirm.
