ORDER

The defendant, Leon "Boogie" Brown, appeals from a Superior Court judgment finding that he violated the terms of his probation. Upon determining that Mr. Brown "fail[ed] to keep the peace and be of good behavior," the hearing justice ordered him to serve fifteen years of a previously suspended sentence that had been imposed in 1993 for assault with the intent to commit a specified felony.
