PEATROSS, J.

Defendant, David Wayne Sharpley, was originally charged with one count of first degree murder, a violation of La. R.S. 14:30. In exchange for a plea agreement, the State dismissed the murder indictment and filed a new charge of aggravated burglary under La. R.S. 14:60, and Defendant pled guilty to that charge. The trial judge sentenced Defendant to serve 30 years' imprisonment at hard labor. Defendant now appeals, urging only that his sentence is excessive...
