Defendant, Mesa General Contractors, L.C.C. ("Mesa"), appeals a judgment of the trial court which awarded plaintiffs, Carol Rice and Richard D. Rice, $79,539.08 in damages for alleged negligent construction and breach of a construction contract.1 Mesa also appeals the denial of its reconventional demand.
