Digital-Ink, Inc. (Digital) petitions for review of an August 30, 2006 decision of the Department of General Services (DGS) denying Digital's request, pursuant to what is commonly referred to as the Right to Know Law (RTKL),1 for certain information related to a request for proposal (RFP).
