¶ 1 Appellants, Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company and related entities (collectively "Nationwide"), appeal from the trial court order requiring production of a document that Nationwide claims is protected from disclosure by attorney-client privilege. Nationwide specifically asks us to determine whether the trial court erred in finding that Nationwide had waived attorney-client privilege with respect to this document via production...
