[¶ 1] The Wyoming Occupational Health and Safety Commission (the Commission) issued a citation to, and assessed penalties against, Three Sons, LLC (Three Sons) for job site safety violations. Three Sons contested the citation. After a hearing, the hearing examiner recommended that the Commission uphold the citation.
