STEWART, J.

The defendant, Sandy Washington, pled guilty to manslaughter and was sentenced to 20 years of imprisonment at hard labor without benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence. The defendant now appeals the sentence imposed as excessive. For the following reasons, we amend the defendant's sentence to reflect parole eligibility, and affirm the sentence as amended.
