¶ 1. The Municipal Court of the City of Aberdeen convicted Donald Raspberry of three charges: driving under the influence (first offense), violation of an "open container" ordinance, and careless driving. Raspberry appealed his three convictions to the Circuit Court of Monroe County. That court dismissed and remanded his cases to the municipal court for enforcement of the sentence because Raspberry failed to appear in circuit court...
