On March 3, 2005, plaintiff, Karen Hamilton, filed this lawsuit against defendant, Raymond Lefevre, Sr., for the return of a Ford tractor or for the current market value of the tractor. In her petition, Mrs. Hamilton asserts that her late husband, Richard Hamilton, loaned his tractor to Mr. Lefevre to perform some maintenance work.
