¶ 1. This case comes before the Court from the Circuit Court of Harrison County, Second Judicial District. At the conclusion of a trial on the issue of damages only, the jury awarded $5,000 to Robert Quinn for personal injuries sustained while on the premises of the President Casino Broadwater Resort (President).
