The defendants, Inishmaan Associates Limited Partnership (Inishmaan) and JCM Management Company (JCM), appeal the denial by the Superior Court (McHugh, J.) of motions for a directed verdict and for summary judgment made during the trial of this personal injury action. We reverse in part, vacate in part, and remand.
