Termaine Deon Cunningham appeals his concurrent sentences of 23 years, 11 years and 9 years at hard labor, following his trial and conviction on two counts of simple burglary and one count of illegal possession of stolen things valued at over $500, and his adjudication as a fourth felony offender on one of the simple burglary convictions.
