The Appellant, Sandra Cook ("Cook"), appeals from an order granting summary judgment in her negligence action against Crazy Boat of Key West, Inc. and William Shephard (collectively, "Crazy Boat") for injuries she allegedly sustained while a passenger on a Crazy Boat ride on October 11, 2001.
