Frederick Ragno (Claimant) worked as a firefighter for the City of Philadelphia (Employer). He suffered a work-related back injury on August 12, 1986. Claimant received benefits at the maximum allowable rate of $347.00 per week pursuant to a notice of compensation payable. Claimant signed a final receipt dated July 28, 1987.
