More than five years after their acceptance of the purchase deed to the defendant's home, plaintiffs Henry L. and Linda R. Farineau ("Farineaus") commenced this action against Mary Rose Easley ("Easley") for her alleged failure to have filed with the local board of health a copy of the Title V report of the inspection of her property's subsurface sewage disposal system ("SSDS"). The Farineaus' complaint sought damages for Easley's alleged breach of contract...
