Plaintiff, the State of Louisiana by and through Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), filed suit in the 24th Judicial District Court against Central Gulf Towing, LLC, (Central Gulf) for damages that occurred when the boom of a crane struck the Crown Point Bridge.
