¶ 1. Don Frederick Hancock, Jr. was indicted on June 21, 2004, as a habitual offender for the crime of armed robbery. Following his trial in the Circuit Court of Harrison County, First Judicial District, on June 23, 2005, Harrison was found guilty and sentenced to twenty-five years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections under section 99-19-81 of the Mississippi Code Annotated
