The plaintiff, Maher Mahmoud, appeals the decision of the Superior Court (Burling, J.) affirming the finding of no probable cause by the New Hampshire Commission for Human Rights (HRC) on his complaint of unlawful discrimination by the defendant, Irving Oil Corporation. We affirm.
