On his third appeal to this Court, Glenn H. Lemon seeks review of the ten-year sentence imposed for his conviction of aggravated battery. We affirm, but remand the matter for correction of patent errors.

On May 31, 2002, in Case Number 01-4099, 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, Glenn H. Lemon was convicted of aggravated battery, a violation of La.R.S. 14:34. He was sentenced to imprisonment at hard labor for ten years...
