STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellant-Plaintiff and Cross-Appellee, HomEq Servicing Corporation (HomEq), appeals the trial court's grant of a Motion to Correct Errors and Vacate Summary Judgment filed by Appellees-Defendants and Cross-Appellants, Bradley and Constance Baker (the Bakers).

We reverse.
