Geraldine Douglass appeals the probate court's final order that denied her petition to establish a lost or destroyed will of Ladislav Louis Musil (the decedent) and that concluded the decedent had virtually adopted Allen Frazier. Ms. Douglass also challenges the probate court's findings in an earlier, nonfinal order that Allen Frazier had established four of the five elements of virtual adoption.
