The sole question raised by this appeal is whether a summary judgment in favor of the defendants was prudently granted pursuant to La. R.S. 9:2796, which statutorily precludes a cause of action for damages caused by certain entities and their members, including any non-profit organization and its members, when the damage occurred "during or in conjunction with or related to" a parade sponsored by such organization...
