Gulf Bay Land Investments, Inc. and Parcel J-I Development, Inc., defendants in the trial court, appeal an adverse judgment for permanent injunction precluding them from completing a residential condominium project in Collier County. We find sufficient evidence in the record to support the trial court's factual findings and no abuse of discretion in entering the permanent injunction.
