Bruce and Janet Moreton d/b/a AHR Construction & Remodeling ("AHR") appeal the denial of their motion for summary judgment in a lawsuit filed against AHR by Auto-Owners Insurance. Auto-Owners is the insurer of the home of Bill and Jackie Gentry and is the partial subrogee of the Gentrys' claim against AHR for damages occurring to the Gentrys' home following work by AHR.
