¶ 1 Appellant, Van Wells, appeals from his judgment of sentence for possession of cocaine with intent to deliver and firearms violations. Specifically, Appellant argues that the police did not have probable cause to arrest under circumstances where the officer observed only one street transaction involving an exchange of currency for an unidentified object.
