[¶ 1] Kennebec Heights Country Club appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Kennebec County, Marden, J.) after a jury trial, awarding Ryan L. Madore $10,281 in damages on his breach of employment contract claim. The Club contends that the Superior Court erred in denying its motions for judgment as a matter of law.
