Defendant, Tremaine Taylor, was convicted by a jury of attempted second degree murder, armed robbery and two counts of carjacking. In regard to attempted second degree murder, the trial court sentenced Defendant to 45 years at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence. In regard to armed robbery, the trial court sentenced Defendant to 70 years at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence...
