The State of Indiana brings this interlocutory appeal from the Shelby Superior Court's grant of suppression motions filed by Kevin J. Lucas and Matthew Winkle (collectively "the Defendants"). The State raises one issue: whether the trial court erred when it granted Defendants' motions to suppress evidence discovered in a locked container inside a stolen van the Defendants were traveling...
