¶ 1 Kirby Electric, Inc. (Kirby) appeals from an order granting the Hempfield Township Municipal Authority's (the Authority) motion to enforce a settlement agreement. Kirby contends that the trial court committed legal error when it determined that the parties' agreement was a settlement agreement and refused to admit documents under the parol evidence rule.
