Chad McQueen appeals the trial court's revocation of his direct commitment to a community corrections program and order to serve the remainder of his six-year sentence in the Indiana Department of Correction ("DOC"). Because McQueen admitted that he took OxyContin and as a result tested positive for oxycodone in violation of the Henry County Work Release Center rules, McQueen cannot establish fundamental error...
