Washington Realty Company, Inc. appeals an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County (trial court) denying Washington Realty's motion for post-trial relief and affirming a non-jury verdict in favor of the Borough of Bethel Park. In doing so, the trial court sustained the validity of the Borough's ordinance pertaining to sewer charges and rentals.
