Nicole Franco ("Franco"), the defendant-below, appeals from a Superior Court restitution order. She claims that by precluding her defense counsel from impeaching the State's witness on cross examination, the Superior Court reversibly erred in two respects. Specifically, Franco contends that the trial court violated Franco's confrontation rights under the Sixth Amendment and under the Due Process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. We find no merit...
