Andre Adams ("Defendant") appeals the denial of his motion to correct an illegal sentence. On appeal, Defendant argues that the trial court's April 19, 2006 order violated his constitutional right against double jeopardy. We find that Defendant's rights were not violated and affirm the trial court's order with regard to this issue. Defendant also argues that the trial court erred by denying his claim that he was not awarded sufficient credit for time...
