Johnson appeal from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Kennebec County, Marden, J.) dismissing their complaint for declaratory and injunctive relief, in which they alleged that the City of Augusta's purchase and sale agreement with Cony, LLC, for the sale of property occupied by Cony High School was void and unenforceable.
