OPINION

KIRSCH, Judge.

Bruce Antonio Howard appeals his convictions for dealing in cocaine1 and possession of marijuana.2 He raises the issue of whether the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress because the stop and search of his vehicle and his person were not based on reasonable suspicion.3

We reverse.
