This case arises from the denial of a Motion to Dismiss filed by appellants, Jack Odem and Michael D. Brassel.1 Appellants were served with Baltimore City District Court criminal summonses on November 11, 2005, charging Odem with three counts of second-degree assault and Brassel with one count of second-degree assault.
