The issue in this appeal is whether defendant/appellee Zurich American Insurance Company ("Zurich") is entitled to summary judgment. After review of the record in light of the applicable law and arguments of the parties, we reverse the judgment of the trial court and grant a partial summary judgment in favor of the defendant/appellant Bobbie1 Butler.
