This is a direct appeal from the imposition of three sentences of death1. On October 18, 2005 John Charles Eichinger waived his right to a jury and was tried in a stipulated bench trial for four counts of first-degree murder,2 two counts of possession of an instrument of crime3 and three counts of unsworn falsification to authorities...
