This appeal challenges the dismissal of a lawsuit on the ground of abandonment. We affirm.

BACKGROUND

On April 1, 2002, Jesse Hardy, Jr., and other residents of Myrtle Grove Trailer Park (Park) filed this lawsuit seeking damages against A. Wilbert's Sons, L.L.C.
